I thought it was pretty obvious that Simon's favorite is Cook.

Interesting because just the week before this one Simon said that Archy Crushed the Competition.

I read the article and to say that Simon despises Archy out of that is a very large stretch of the imagination.

I think it would be Cook, yes he is his favorite! I hope it doesn't happens as last year, when his favorite, Melinda, got eliminated, eventhough, DialIdol says he is the favorite of all USA!

My favorite football team (Chiefs) gets beat all the time, they have even been crushed several times also, doesn't mean the aren't still my favorite.

I can just tell by the way Simon critiques DC's performances that he thinks that he has a special talent. I think at one point he even said that he was a David Cook fan.

Yup, have to agree. He's been pretty tough on him several times this year, but I think it was to help coach him. Remember, he's called him cocky and arrogant, and each time, it kind of brings him back to earth - which is good. I think he really sees ton of potential with him and he really wants to show off the best in him. Maybe the cockiness and arrogance he sees in him, reminds him of himself.

hahaha, so very true!!! Maybe when he looks Cook performing, he might feel looking himself in a mirror (without the singing skills obviously)
