Lol actually I put his dad down more than him and I have said that enjoyed some of his performances I would like to see more versatility in Archy it's always the same old thing with him..

hey all, i had to work tonight and missed the show, but i am hoping you all will fill me in. i have a unique view on the david discussion, in that i am in syesha'a camp. not that i think she's going to win... only that she's my favorite,....at least of those left. if you read my posts from the past, you will know that i think this is one of the best year's ever for ai! even though i am a syesha supporter and voter, i believe david c. will and probably should win. he is there now! david a. is young and talented and will get there. win or lose he will eventually be a winner. so will syesha... and brooke... and jason... i want to apologize to jason fans as i have been cruel in my comments in the last weeks (even using the sanjaya reference last week). i like jason, but like david a. he needs to mature b4 he can really make a full impact. as much as i love brooke, and as much as i love syesha; i think i knew from the time he sang "billie jean" that david c. will win. because he is already at the level that the others ascribe to. top 3 performances of the year: 3) chikezie "she's a woman" 2) syesha "change is gonna come" and 1) "billie jean" david cook!!! he may not be my favorite, but he is the best!

I think it's fair to say that if both david's do make it to the final 2, it will definitely be an exciting wednesday results night (at least the final 5 minutes of it).

Once the winner is announced, it won't matter which fans bash the other. The issue will go from: "who will win AI" to "who will sell more albums"! I think it's the latter that the two Davids' are more concerned over lol

THR when you go out of your way to give a negative opinion that is what I call bashing. It can be a fine line between critiquing and bashing. I hopefully have not been bashing but I probably have once or twice. Like if I said Archy was great tonight but DC really sucked that would be bashing. If I say DC didn't hit the high in I don't want to miss a thing that would be critiquing. For whatever it is worth count up the negative comments on the artists in this years competition and there is about as many negative comments on Archy as all the other singers put together yet he is in the final two.

I still believe there are way more negative comments about Danny Noriega And he didn't even make it to the top twelve, so you can imagine if he had!

Noriega, Castro, Amanda and Kristy Lee Cook were the other artists that suffered a lot of bashing but I believe if you added all of their negative comments up it would still be less than the negative comments directed at Archy. Now of course Archy has been around longer to be bashed more but you would think with his talent level he wouldn't take as much bashing as he does. I think my point in this thread has been proven. Everybody is obsessed with David Archuleta.

All I can say it's not bashing especially when I say that he has sung a couple of times when I have enjoyed him.....He just doesn't ever take any chances.....DC has even when not told to and it has worked too!!!!
