Just been advised by Admin that Guy - and Joel Turner - have been nominated for two APRA Awards. (own songs).
It should have come under the most played too. Oh Oh is still always played in the fashion segment on Kerrie Anne's TV show.

ANyhow
Guy and Joel Turner, the World Beat Boxing Champ who also came through the Idol competition (didn't make the top 100 tho) are both nominated for two Apra awards this year.
Guy should also have been in the nominations for most played, with Oh Oh. Its still used as theme music for the fashion shows on Kerrie Anne's TV Show.

No, he didn't come out to see his fans! =( Was quite a let down lol. But the band he was touring with, Zinc, i got them to sign my shirt. They're a really good band.

Guy Sebastian has a pretty huge marketing advantage, given the word 'fro' has been added to the Aussie language, or resurrected or whatever. It's one of those word that gets stuck in your head! AH! 'The Fro'

I think having a conversational piece is always a plus. If it's his "fro" then go with it. We had a girl here in the states that wore a flower in her hair....... it was her trademark.
