Simons antics caught on TV!!!

Did anyone else see Simon squeezing Paula's nose like an 8 year old while the camera went around in front of the judges during Phil's performance??! It was hilarious...You could briefly see Paula smacking Simon's hand and telling him to stop. If you recorded the show and missed it, go back and look for it!

That's hilarious, I missed that.

I think Simon thought Chris was trying to grab some desperate votes when he made that Virginia speach because Simon rolled his eyes. I also think they realized Simon was caught rolling his eyes because right after the following singer, Simon, gave Virginia his condolences and well wishes. I think he may have done that anyway but felt it was necessary when he got caught rolling his eyes. The eyes were mean't for Chris but didn't want to take any chances of offending anyone. Do I sound off my rocker or does anyone think the same way I do here?

I noticed that too Eileen. I think Simon was rolling his eyes at Chris thinking he was just making a desperate sympathy play.

I felt it was odd when Simon later referenced the V-Tech massacre during his critique. Seemed very out of place.

I agree. For whatever reason, he was caught! And Melinda performed between Chris and Blake and it wasn't until after Blake's performance that he gave his condolences. Ryan had done it - Chris had done it - there was no need for him to do it AGAIN. That's why I think he tried covering it up.

I think it was much more funny when Ryan exclaimed that "Simon had a BIG head." Ok, I admit, my head is in the gutter, but it was funny stuff.
