Did something change lately? I've tried changing avatars and every one I try to use I get the message that it's too large. This includes some I've used in the past. Or am I messing something up?

You know... I bet I know what the problem is. My server dude was going to add a script to take care of things like this... I'll follow up with him.
I found that there is an avatar sight on google. Just search avatar and it should come up. It was easy to change avatars once I found that site.
Same with signature pictures. Just search for signature pictures. Good luck!
