Default Survivor Exile Island Winner

You guys watch Survivor too? Who do you think is going to win? I think it is always up in the air, but Terry the Ex-Navy Pilot is going to go far. He's a great player. Just curious if anybody gives a %$#@.

Default Strategy

Here are some strategic game plans for each of the remaining survivors. I'd love to hear if you have other ideas...

Terry - The only one who is already guaranteed a spot in the final three. If he wanted to, he could sit out the next challenge and let everyone else fight each other for it. However, I don't think that's what he'll do. Two reasons he has to give 110% at the next challenge: (1) Terry has a real shot at being the first survivor ever (in twelve seasons) to sweep every single individual immunity challenge; and (2) If he wins the immunity challenge, he'll have the power to give away his hidden immunity idol to whomever he wants to take to the final two. If he wins immunity, his best bet is to give the hidden idol to Dani. He stands the best chance with her in a final two, because she's stabbed a few in the back. Terry hasn't stabbed any of the jurors in the back, and two are his ex-tribemates. He has simply beat them out in all of the challenges. Very respectable. He actually stands a very good chance to win the million, no matter who he makes it to the final two with. If he doesn't win immunity, he should still align with Dani, because two votes from him/her will cause a tie if Aras/Cirie align. That's at least some layer of protection for Dani. As to who they should vote for, it's a toss up. Cirie has manipulated people on the jury, which could hurt her chances in a final two. But she's less of a threat in the final immunity challenge than Aras. As Terry watched his tribemates being picked off, one by one, I kept asking "WHAT IS HE THINKING!?!? GIVE UP THE IMMUNITY IDOL AND GET THE NUMBERS!!!" But you know what? Terry is perhaps the most brilliant Survivor player ever. He's done what he's needed to do to make it this far, and he's done it very respectably (i.e. without stabbing anyone else in the back).

Aras - Aras is growing weary and lacks the mental and physical training and experience that Terry has. His only focus, at this point, should be to keep Terry from winning the next immunity challenge. At this point in the game, Aras will not be able to get rid of Terry, period. But he can at least try to get himself into the final two. If he wins immunity, his best strategy would be to align with Cirie and vote out Dani, because Dani is who Terry would most likely want to take to the final two. I could be wrong, but I'm assuming Terry wouldn't take Cirie to the final two. She has the best chance (out of her, Aras and Dani) of winning against him. But it's possible he would, given his competitive aggression towards Aras. And Cirie has blindsided a couple of the jurors as well. To win the million, Aras will have to win the next immunity challenge, get Dani voted off, win another immunity challenge, and plead a very strong case to the jurors. At this point, I don't see Aras having a chance at winning.

Cirie - The wolf in sheeps clothing! But how many have caught on to her manipulation of the game? Frankly, I'm shocked that she's still in it. She's pretty much flown under the radar until about the last two weeks. Her ability to persuade people is as important to her as Terry's ability to win immunity challenges is to him--absolutely critical. But now she's reaching the point in the game where people will begin to see behind the curtain. Now, powers of persuasion must take a back seat to the necessity of winning immunity. If she gets to the final two, she's got a great shot at winning. That puts a target on her back. If she somehow is able to pull off a win at the next immunity challenge, perhaps her best chance in a final two scenario would be against Dani. So she would be wise to align with Terry and vote out Aras. Terry would do it in a heartbeat, because it eliminates his biggest physical competitor for the final three immunity challenge.

Danielle - Danielle should be giving 110% at the next immunity challenge. If she or Terry win, she'll continue to ride coat tails through to the final two. Everyone should want to take her with them. So, if she makes it past the next tribal council, she's in. But she'll need to make a very strong case to the jury. I just don't see how she could win against any of the other three in a final two. I think her best chance is against Cirie, if she's able to expose that manipulation to the jury.

I couldn't have assessed it any better. However, it is hard to visualize a scenario in which Terry won't win, but in survivor nothing is ever written in stone. He does need to win the final immunity challenge, but the others aren't much competition against him, in either a mental or physical challenge. He is an Ex-Navy pilot and those guys have the right stuff. He's leagues ahead of the spoiled rich girl, the couch potatoe and the home boy, I just don't see them winning the immunity, other than on an absolute fluke, like Britney Spears trivia, that Terry wouldn't know. Which ain't gonna happen. Go Terry.

Oh you're definitely right. The only way I see Terry NOT winning, is if he loses the final immunity challenge and the winner realizes just how big of a threat he really is in the final two. But I'm not sure that the others are smart enough to figure out that tribal lines won't protect them in the final two. They're broken. Cirie might figure this out, but she won't win that challenge. You're right, my man. Terry's gonna win.
