Read Jesus Freaks and you will know that many many Muslim people are turning away from Islam.....So it appears that it works both ways and I find more people are tuning to Christianity which pleases me...

Women have the right to keep their name when they Marry anywhere I guess because I know here in the US we don't Have to give up our name some choose to and others don't then their are the women who use both names..As far as inheritance goes we have always had that right..The women who sell their bodies are either lost and confused due in large part to something that happened in their life and are free to leave the situation....Women in Islamic countries are abused and oppressed by our standards...They are not free to show their faces and must wear something that covers at least their mouth and as feisty said no skin must ever be showing unless of course they are in their bedrooms with their husband....This is not freedom it would be stifling!

Whiterose I want to clarify a couple things. First of all some of your posts show that you have some stereotyped views of what is called Western Civilization. When you post those stereotypes about us you alienate us. Now we also have some stereotyped views of Muslims and Arabs. That is why I ask you the questions to find out what is true or not. Please do the same for us.

We have been talking about how women are perceived or treated in the Christianity and Islam. If Allah is truly God than he can choose to have whatever laws he wants regarding women just the same as Jehovah can. Are you a woman? I have never heard you confirm that despite your using the name Whiterose and posting a picture of a woman.

What would your religious leaders think of you talking about Islam with many white males. On a website devoted to the show American Idol? Would they consider it acceptable for you to be reading our arguements for why Christianity is true? What if I asked you to read the Gospel of John to see for yourself if it speaks to your heart. Is this kind of freedom acceptable for a Muslim woman?
