Paula doesn't seem too happy about the idea of a fourth judge.
She says it slows down the pace of the show when they are giving their opinions.
Well maybe it's just me but Paula could use a course in public speaking because she trips over her words every week without fail.
There's enough drama on stage, Paula doesn't need to up the ante.
Just my two cents.

PAULA SAYS FOURTH 'IDOL' JUDGE IS A MISTAKE: Abdul says she loves Kara, but extra critique 'disrupts flow of show.'
*After months of talk that Paula Abdul was secretly stewing over the decision of "American Idol" producers to add a fourth judge, the former Los Angeles Lakers cheerleader finally admits that it may not have been a good idea.
Kara DioGuardi, who has known Abdul for several years and at one time even stayed in her house, has been squeezed onto the judging panel this year in an attempt by producers to shake things up for the current eighth season.
But Paula feels the addition of a new person, no matter who it is, is simply one too many.
"Kara and I have known each other for years and we get along great," Abdul tells the March 9 issue of OK! magazine. "But we tried four judges before and it doesn't work."
Abdul is referring to Hot 97 DJ Angie Martinez, who joined "Idol" as a judge before the second season but left before the show began airing.
Abdul also says the extra person disrupts the flow of the show. "It takes up so much time for each of us to give our opinion that it slows down the pace of the show," she says.
As for her future on "Idol," Abdul would only say: "It is the last season of my contract, and I have so many other things I want to do."
