What about the new judge this coming season?

Does anyone know anything about the new judge they're adding?
I've never heard of her.
I'm curious why they're adding a 4th judge, I thought 3 was a good format.

I don't think they need a fourth judge. I liked the 3 judges!!!

We had 4 judges last year (can't remember whether it was the last 2 years)

it worked okayyyyy .... but anyhow they got rid of one of the 1st ones, and brought in mentors / judges (which is how Guy Sebastian got to be a judge a couple of weeks ago - for motown genre).

They've just had Germain (argghh sorry, forgotten how you spell his name) Jackson, he was good, CIndy Lauper, a couple from INXS, it seems to be adding a bit of interest to a failing audience.
