Liberals Forget Democrat Plan for Iraq

Obey AND Pelosi could not recall the actual date when they would begin the 180 day countdown until defeat. In Obey’s case he couldn’t even remember the year.

Transcript:
"REP. DAVID R. OBEY, D-WIS.: Troops must be out of a combat role by October — I mean, by August of 19 — 2007.
REP. NANCY PELOSI, D-CALIF.: 2008. If they meet (inaudible).
OBEY: I’m sorry, that’s right.
PELOSI: OK. But if they haven’t made any progress by July, we begin the 180 days. If they haven’t made any. If they haven’t made — if the president cannot demonstrate progress by July, we begin the 180 days.
UNKNOWN: July 1st or 31st?
PELOSI: Is it July 1st or 31st? July 1st?"

What she should have said: “If we do not make any progress in determining what our plan is, if we have a plan at all, by July Octobereth, er … I mean the 31st of this century, we have 180 more days to figure it out and get back to you. But that’s all and then we will vote do something if we can figure out what to do that would benefit Democrat presidential candidates in 2010 er … 2008, I think!”

“By the way, I am the most powerful woman in the world and just 2 heartbeats away from the oval office!” “So shut it!!”

AND THESE PEOPLE ARE RUNNING OUR COUNTRY NOW????????

There are some "Sinners" who occupy this forum that are defined by what they profess to believe both spiritually and politically. They are a proud people who unabashedly champion the causes they believe have been divinely revealed to them as blessings from above.

These individuals stand tall in their convictions, never showing any weaknesses such as empathy, compassion, or understanding. They are steadfast and unwavering in their pursuit of a Pure and Righteous Faith and Country.

I wondered to myself, what or how, would God himself describe such dedicated allegiance? Here's what I feel accurately describes the fervor that some of the faithful who inhabit this forum.

Matthew 23

27 “What sorrow awaits you teachers of religious law and you Pharisees. Hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs—beautiful on the outside but filled on the inside with dead people’s bones and all sorts of impurity.

28Outwardly you look like righteous people, but inwardly your hearts are filled with hypocrisy and lawlessness.

Apparently these same people can't face the truth no matter what is posted....Such a sad existence...
