I think Shane Sparks is a little overrated, I mean he isn't bad but he isnt the best, I've seen him on So You Think You Can Dance and sometimes I don't know what he is talking about. Anyway I'm surprised this isn't a televised competition, I mean they all are nowadays. But that site that you posted does have a video of him working with the girls and its much better then those pictures, they don't really show him doing anything. Here it is if you couldn't find it:
