Nashville - Guy staying writing / gigging with Steve Cropper

Guy has just posted, he's in Nashville, staying at the Cropper's ginormous house, readying to do some writing and other very interesting stuff.

AND

I was just watching the Wollongong Soul Lounge. Gary Pinto, Carl Dimataga, Steve Cropper on Guitar and Guy on drums!! Just fabulous to watch. Guy picking up the requirements from Steve (hand signals that they give), everybody jamming! I haven't got a decent program to be able to cut it out, but if I DO get one, I'll put it up.

(David's father, Jimmy Barnes, has long been a supporter of Guy and his music, and sang two numbers with Guy at the State Theatre, with the MGs, the last tour. Jimmy had brought out Soul Deep, and Soul Deeper albums)

Guy's just left us a note. He's currently in Nashville :P

don't think he's staying with his ultra fan, Nicole Kidman :lol: but I'm betting Steve Cropper is figuring highly

Guy's posted a few notes from Nashville, he's being staying with the Croppers and writing. And while going for some Sushi input, came across his major fan, Nicole Kidman (those who come across here frequently will be aware that Nicole is a big fan and in fact she and Keith Urban went to one of Guy's concerts at the Opera House. Afterwards, of course, they went backstage.

Actually, there's about three or four articles in different areas regarding this. Obviously they've picked it up, but why not? Anything on the net is public - otherwise it shouldn't be there, eh?

Steve Cropper now has a myspace page of his own, not just a fan page. With GREAT gigging list, which is fab.

All I really need is to win lotto - our big lottery, here.

Of course - first I need to buy a ticket!
