I think randy because paula is too nice and simon can be really mean but randy is fair

The best Judge would have to be Simon in my opinion..though none would be right without one another.

Simon is just so freakin hilarious sometimes...I love to watch him during the first auditions.

Creaming all the wannabes!^_^

Simon is the best judge, he is honest and gives construstive criticism!!!

Overall, I would rather hear Simon's remarks but he doesn't really give constructive criticism, just criticism.
In other words, I agree with what he says, most of the time, just not how he says it!

Simon knows what he's talking about... you might think it's harsh at the time but his comments are right on the money.

I'd have to say Randy. He usually says what I feel. I like the fact that Paula doesn't want to hurt their feelings and even when she doesn't like something, she tries to focus on the positive. Simon is right 85% of the time. I don't care for his tastes in music though.

I like Paula and all, but she sugarcoats every little thing. Randy, he's cool, but Simon is definitely my favorite he's halarious.

I aggree with you Gracie! Simon is the only honest judge! Yes, he could be a little more diplomatic. I usually aggree with what he says. Randy has his favorites that he likes to push along, Paula babbles a whole lot of nothing.

I agree about Simon. Honest, to the point, and usually says what I'm thinking. I have to disagree about Randy. He's pretty honest and straightforward, just a little more tactful than Simon. I totally agree about Paula. I usually fast forward my Tivo through her comments (except when she's commenting on Kellie, because I don't want to miss any Picklerisms).

Simon is the best judge period. I just wish he wasn't all over Kellie, he has never said Kellie was bad, he always blames it on song choice, it really shouldn't matter what song you choose, if Kellie can't sing then she can't sing. Randy pretty much says the same thing all the time, if it's good, he'll say we have a hot one tonight, and if it was okay, he'll say you started off shaky, but you pulled it off at the end. Paula just loves everyone or she just doesn't want to put anyone down and I kind of like her for that, but Simon will always be the best judge.

3. Paula is often sickly sweet.
2. Rany is a good mix between Paula and Simon. I might rate him number #1 if he expanded his vocabulary beyond dawg.
1. Simon is my favorite because he speaks the truth. He often comes up with funny lines particularly in the tryout episodes. However, he sometimes goes overboard with criticism.

Well, i have to sat that they all contribute to the show in a way. Paula, is usually the nice one, and can be a bright light in a dark situation. Moving to Randy you have him as the neutral one, rather he is with Simon or Paula or neither. Completing with Simon you have someone who is alittle more harsh, tells what usually helps voters, and tells his honest opinion.
Saying there is a best judge dosen't help the fact that they have an amazing formula together and the are all great judges. Though this is true, I am kind of pushing towards simon mainly because he is very honest.

Randy is great
Simon just tells the truth
Paula well I think she drinks a little too much before the show.

I think she was on something that night. I think she actually thought Elliott was Donnie Hathaway. Last week she didn't seem too excited about Elliott at all.

Yeah that was crazy--I noticed she was much more mellow
So what Im really wondering is--wil Simon come back next season-or has he had enough---Im really wondering if they change the show up a little-give the judges a little more say other than give an opinion let them add to the votes in some aspect---also would be cool to have some guest judges on the show liketheyve done in the past.

What else is he gonna do? He gets paid well for what he does.

They've all signed 5-year contract extensions... So I think they'll be around for a while.:D
