For being 1st out of the gate, I think he did okay. Had to be an emotional bundle of nerves. Good voice. I think he'll be here next week. Not one of my favorites, but did well enough to stay around.

He was awesome. I would have voted for him tonight too if I could. He was probably my favorite tonight.

He was I was so thrilled to see him do so well my favorite from last night!
VERYwell performed. One of the top 3 vocals of the night. First REALLY good one of the night.
I wouldn't mind if he actually won, but I think he will come in second or third.
Brook I bet, will be in the top three but I don't know if she will win....

The name of the song David did tonight is "It's all coming back to me now" By Jim Steinman. The greatest songwriter of all time. Originally made a hit by Celine Dion and later by Meatloaf in a duet. He did that song on Idol with Katherine McPhee and just butchered it that night. His studio version was very good.

Oddly enough I went to a gay bar with my brother and one of my co-workers one time and they had some strippers there and one of them gave me his number and was trying to pick me up.....I talked to him and asked him if he was gay, bi, or straight he told me he was straight and made the best tips dancing for for the guys.....No I didn't go out with him......

How come the girls get their arses kicked when they sing sucky songs but the guys can get away with it? Pageantry performance I thought LOL.
I was eating my dinner when he spoke of his embarrassing moment and he put me off my dinner :( blahhhhh!

He probably is straight, but that isn't really the point.............You put the words "gay" and "stripper" together, and you have just compounded two things that make the Bible Belters' heads explode! The only thing that will save him now is that Danny Noriega is a screaming queen, so his fabulousness overshadows David. Love that fabulous little queen!

I like Danny to a point but he shouldn't put the flame in his performances. I like the flame when he's talking but not when he's singing.
