The more I think about, this chick makes me want to hurl. She was flippant and overly confident, with nothing to back it up. I think Simon wants her to go to Hollywood so she will get what is coming to her. I cannot wait to see her slow speed come apart! She was a snob and a snot! She reminds me of Hillary Faye from that movie, "Saved" which, if you haven't seen it, rent it tonight!

No, she just has the preachy, snotty way about her, like so many people have told her she is special and perfect, and now she thinks it is true. Simon picked up on it right away. She also used the word "like" too much, which really bothers me. She made that innane comment about how waiting 5 or 6 years to have sex was no big deal? Maybe for her; she seems wound up pretty tightly. However, most teens are so high on hormones they are about to explode! And we are promoting waiting until marriage, since it is only 5 or 6 years? I am so glad to know that people are going to get married in their early 20's. That will make for lasting relationships! (rolls eyes) The whole thing is just unrealistic, but she thinks she has it all figured out.

I am not against abstinence in high school. I teach high school, and am really tired of seeing 5-10 pregnant girls each year. I do have a problem with ridiculous logic spouted by a vapid teen high on pride and narcisism. Most teens are going to have sex, so instead of preaching abstinence, we should be teaching them to use condoms and spermacide.
