I think she is pretty good. She is edgy and, for lack of a better way to say it, very NOW. AI needs some edginess yesterday. I think she might make the top 24.

Well, she doesn't look or sound like Carrie Underpants and she isn't trying to sound like Kellie Clarkson. That to me seems edgy for Idol. However, she is just very unique. She has a tatoo on her cheeck and an orange fauxhawk with designs shaved into it. She has an earthy, soulful quality to her vocals, and she seems very at home with who she is. At first glance, I was a bit "meh" but on the second viewing (bless the DVR and SoS for always recording the show) I really picked up on just how incredible she was. She may be too edgy for the American audience, so I don't see her running away with the crown, if you will. I do see her going far.
