Well my pretties, (especially you deluded Cub's Fans) It's time once again to proclaim the oncoming dominance of my favorite professional baseball team, The National League's 2008 world Series representatives...."Your Milwaukee Brewers"!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With the recent bullpen additions of
David Riske
Salomon Torres
Guillermo Mota
and our new Closer...Eric Gagne

GM Doug Melvin has rebuilt the Brewers ailing bullpen of 08'

This combined with the starting pitching staff of,
1. Ben Sheets
2. Yovanni Gallardo
3. Jeff Suppan
4. Chris Capuano
5. Manny Para
6. Dave Bush

makes the future so bright I have to wear shades while typing this...

Now Melvin's mission will be to acquire a 3rd baseman allowing Milwaukee to move Last years lead handed, ROY, Ryan Braun to Left field.

I still believe that Scott Rolen is still a distinct possibility with other options being Detroit's Brandon Inge, Philly's Tadahito Iguchi (http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/players/7510), we'll have to wait and see.

So barring a major trade here is what I see as the Brewers opening day lineup.

2B RICKY WEEKS
C JASON KENDALL
RF CORY HART
LF RYAN BRAUN
1B PRINCE FIELDER
3B ROLEN, INGE, IGUCHI?
CF BILL HALL
SS J.J. HARDY
SP BEN SHEETS

They'll still find a way to blow it.

Gagne is washed up. That's why Boston gave up on him.

Cubs-Tigers World Series 08.

I don't think so the Cubs always choke!

I don't think so the Cubs always choke!

Actually, they didn't choke last year. They won the division, and lost in the playoffs to a better team.

The Brewers are the ones that actually choked because they had a commanding lead in the Central, and blew it. The Cubs were way back, and stole it from them.

But, anyway, that's yesterday's news, and I'm not even thinking about baseball right now.
