I can't wait to see who sings what tonight... I'm equally hopeful/horrified about what I may hear in a little bit. Will someone finally pull out all the stops? Will someone finally have a "Moment"? All I know is that I'll be poised with my pad and pen, taking notes, passing my judgement, criticising every note, and hoping that someone will WOW me... Okay it starts in 44 minutes now. :D

YES!!!

We live in the same state musiclover, so we wait the same time^_^
I'm watching Idol tonight write now, which is an hour before American Idol, and am so freakin jittery.

Hehe...I'm so excited.

And I would love it if somone had their moment TONIGHT.

Keep writing, and critiquing^_^

Cheers!

I think Kat has a GREAT chance to show off her voice/self tonight... I hope she picked "the" song to showcase it!

Personally, I'm dreading tonight. I figure if I set my expectations really low, maybe I'll be in for a treat.

I'm finding it increasingly difficult to get as excited about Tuesday nights. The Idols still have a long way to go before they get back to the pre-top-12 level we all enjoyed so much. For me, that was about the best point in the show, for the most contestants, in terms of vocals, song selection, and showmanship.

Heck, I'm starting to wonder if the Auditions aren't the most entertaining part of the process!

Uhuh.

I see what you mean.

When the first twelve began, it was very exciting, and Rod Stewart surely isn't someone that tintillates anyone I know.

I just hope one of the idols will be able to add a twist to an archaic song, or sing it perfectly.

I need to be sated!!

I think she'll she'll do particularly well tonight too,and I just hope I'm not jinxing her.^_^

The one I feel that is going to suffer is Chris, but I may be proven wrong.

I thought Kat would bomb at rock night, so I hope to be surprised by Chris tonight.

Rod Stewart though is just so "old".....his name makes me sleepy http://img52.exs.cx/img52/8605/h9yboredom.gif

Ahhh a man after my own heart. I have a little different spin on all of this. i agree with you that if you were looking for quality, Tuesday nights have not been very exciting. But I have turned that negative into something special, something especially "BAD"!!!!! I pray that all of the songs tonight get worse and worse. I love watching car wrecks!!!!!
And if past shows are any indicator, there's going to be blood everywhere tonight. LOOK OUTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!

OMG - sounds like we're alot alike when it comes to AI! Most did pretty good last night, wouldn't you say? EXCEPT Kellie - she messed up so bad. Oh well. I know your favorites are Chris & Katharine. I loved Katharine's performance.

Yeah, Kellie totally BOMBED. At least she knew it and admitted it. And most everyone else did great. :beerchug:
