The magic moment for me was when she announced that She had control of the "Community SNOT RAG." She is just so classy, and genuine, how could any of us not love her?
Well, gotta go my trailerhome has a flat.

Com'on Frank, it's not just Calamari Kelly. Except for McPhee and Ace practically the whole damn lot of this year's contestants act like they just fell off the turnip truck----ON THEIR HEADS. Is it any wonder why the South lost the civil war? I think the first time Bucky ever saw indoor plumbing is the day he arrived at the AI hotel in Hollywood.
As for showering with Kellie, where do I sign up???? :D

Frankly, Kellie's performance this week took me by surprise. I didn't know that this country girl is capable of such a performance.
Good for her. What her performance revealed was that she's capable of much more than she dares to show.
Sometimes, some of the quieter ones among us are the real McCoys. Kellie's Bohemian Rhapsody was a stellar delivery. I am proud of her. She tried and she was successful.
Perhaps she will do better than what some of us may have thought of her. Who knows, afterall this is the American Idol contest. One of its greatest attractions is the endless list of surprises that spring up week to week.
Kellie Pickler adds some spice to the show. She already has more than her 15 minutes of fame. She's getting them by the hours. I wish her all the best.
The remaining contestants are all trying very hard. It shows every week but not everybody is consistent. That's normal, too. The one who's the last man standing, so to speak, will be the one who can withstand all the shocks, dramatic turn of tides, wild rides and sudden changes in tempos.
He or she who can weather all that will deserve the title that has eluded the masses who came, tried and then went home.

ROTFLMAO... Oh, the look on Seacrest's face as he stared at his once pristine hanky... lying there in a semi-crusted pile of cotton-mucus blend fabric on top of the results...

Now, now, False, You know I love ya and all, but has anyone besides me noticed that every remaining contestant is from the South, excluding two (Ace and Katharine)? And these are the two that I've noticed have been surrounded by the most controversy (Katharine is a stuck up B****, Ace IS-SOOOO-HOOOTTT! Maybe, but he can't song a lick, etc.) I live in SC, so I think most of the contestants are doing us proud! I guess things really are more simple in the South. (NO, not simple as in dumb; I'm going for my Master's). BTW, I like Kat. I think she's just shy, not stuck-up. Ace, on the other hand, I can't stand...
PS - Yes, I will concede that people like Kellie give the South a bad name.

Music:
For the record, before settling in California I lived in Houston, Memphis and Orlando. I loved the south. Especially Memphis. And with the exception of here in L.A. I've never seen prettier (or nicer) women than those I've come across in the south. Pretty---and how can I say this politely---adventurous, if you catch my drift. Plus, there are as loyal to their men as loyal can be.
So my fondness for Kellie probably springs from the fact that she reminds me of so many of the southern belles I knew and dated when I was younger. A tad ditzier than most---but not by much! :D

I'm not ditsy (most of the time :)). I consider myself a southern belle/professional/outgoing/nice person. I don't take offense to FalseIdol's comments. He's just got that strange sense of humor that not everybody can stomach. But Chris_Fan, I appreciate the fact that you have the South's back! Thanks! :beerchug:

Hello ASH!!!!
You are much to nice and good looking to be posting in this forum!! Please don't fall under the "POSESSION" of the "Evil Pickle". Now , having said that, I want Pickle to win it all. Fox at least deserves that after getting us to watch her week after week.
