I for one didn't think Bucky had the worst performance of the Queen week. Thought he did okay with the song he chose and it was a good song choice for him. Though I haven't been a big Bucky fan I think we all have to admit that his dealing with the end shows that he's a total First Class act all the way. Got to give the guy his props for this. I hope he records a C&W/Southern Rock album and does a tour right away. I think he'll connect well with his audience and do well if that happens.

Bucky, you earned my respect last night.

I felt like I was going to cry. He definitely is the personality of the men. I think he should definitely get a country record deal, he's great with country, as long as he sticks to his roots.

After, Kevin left, I started to like Bucky, great personality and smile. Hope to see him with a group on Nashville. A trooper when told he was going to leave, I heard him say, someone has to go. So right he is.

I was totally bummed out last night when Bucky got voted off. I'm going to miss seeing him perform. I felt like this was his best performance. I always pull for the underdog and he was really getting better each week. He probably wouldn't have done very well next week with the junk they have to sing, but I'm still going to miss him.

Let's see, you loved Bucky and you love Elliott. You must have been terrorized by a dentist as a youth or just have a thing for guys with crooked teeth otherwise how can you possiblly think two men 15 years overdue for braces have great smiles?

I liked Bucky but I can't truthfully say I am going to miss him perform. It's hard for me to get into singers who sound as though they have a pillow covering their face or had too much Jack Daniels to drink before the show.

Ha ha, real funny, False Idol, the truth is I am the one who has the crooked teeth, and some missing. You see, I do not just choose one person to vote for each week, I pick a few, like Taylor and Elliot and who ever else does a good job. You did not give us an answer. Who are you hoping will win. fess up

I really don't care who wins---but I think at this point Katherine, Chris and maybe even Kelly are the most deserving.

Chris and Kellie need to win this, Katharine needs to go home, her time is up.

I thought Bucky performed rather well on his last week in the American Idol. I am proud of the boy. He should hold his head up high. I don't think he deserved to be voted out, at the same time, it wasn't something to be ashamed of.
Bucky, you did your hometown proud. Thumbs up, amigo - all the way!
Good luck. Thanks for some great performances.

It's not about the teeth. It's what is behind the smile. Knowing that the person is genuine. That they are good people. Here in Arkansas, you have to learn to look past bad teeth. Teeth in Arkansas are a luxury.

Singing drunk is makes a good country singer. Do you really think George Jones or Merle Haggard performed sober? If you want sober, then watch Barry Manilow. I prefer Ol' Hag. What I thought was great was that Bucky didn't give a rat's a$$ if he got voted off or not. The guy was happy. Probably because he higher than a kite.

That is too funny. I agree, Bucky was probably the most "real" of the contestants. During the Wednesday show, did you see when the camera panned over the contestants right before the cuts were announced and Bucky was yawning?!? I kid you not!!!! My wife and I couldn't stop laughing. The guy probably spent every week partying and screwing the hell out of Kellie, Katherine and Paris.

No wait, Paris is only 16. I think even in the south you're not allowed to sleep with a girl that young unless they're your sister or first cousin!

Bucky's singing style may be all Country-Western but his personality style is 100% class. No attitude and all encouragement for the other idol candidates.:beerchug:

"Just a good ole boy, never meaning no harm..." Maybe if they do a sequel to "Dukes of Hazzard" Bucky could co-star.

Oh, that's original, had to steal from Jeff Foxworthy to get a dig?

No. I've seen it firsthand. By the way, Foxworthy stole that one from me.

I always liked Bucky, thought he always came across as a great person inside and out. I saw him on Jay Leno after he was "outed" from AI, he was still smiling!!!!!!!!

Helen

I missed him, I was watching Leno and then turned him off. I am sure when he was smiling that he was not high on something. Some people smile a lot. And, when you see a face with a smile, you do not always see crooked teeth, but the radiation of the smile on the face. Thought I would throw that in.

I'm guessing each time Bucky smiles, every orthodontist in America sees an opportunity to make $4,000.

Thought I would throw that in.
