We are not the first ones who went around condemning everyone. That was the way of life in ancient Jeruselem. But Jesus knew that the ones who went around stoning people to death also were full of sin. So He said things that made them mad. Eventually, He was crucifed for making imprtant people mad.

And what He said was no longer taught, but the very same things He preached against, hate and prejudice were taught in His name. Now, we are so lost in out religion that we don't even know that we are supposed to not condemn others.

I asked a few Pastor friends about this. They agreed. They did say some "Christians" stray from the Word in order to make themselves feel better about sins they are committing. :(

They said one example was the Clintons vs. the Bushes. Both claim to be Christians. Bush is proud of his God and wears his faith on his sleeve. The Clintons almost NEVER talk about God. The Bushes frequently end their conversations/interviews with "God Bless You" (and/or) "God Bless America". :angel2:

Well I can see THR's point.....I think Jesus is much more forgiving and loving than most hard nosed 'christians' we see here. He hates sin, yet he forgives....to such a degree that is unimaginable. Loving us when we sin, never hating us.....never calling us names, and showing bitterness. Gives us the opportunity, and actually is hopeful, that we overcome our sin. He doesnt stand back and mock sinners and call them words like 'freakshows'.

We all need food for survival and simply, to have proper energy to function properly day to day. Our military soldiers require sustenance everyday to provide freedom and safety for you and I and every American.

I would gladly clean and scrub the pots and pans of any military cook, if it meant the safety and security of my country, my family, wouldn't you Kim ?

THR knows full well that I have known Rush a long time and respect him and also that i dont participate in attacks on him.

She and I are friends and she is a strong lady whom I love dearly but the last thing she needs from me...is my validation on her posts.

I have a life......2 of the best kids in the world, a husband that adores me, a cute little puppy....i work 40 plus hours some weeks and i am constantly working on continuing education credits ......not to mention the fact that i actually have friends and other family members to whom i spend time with.
I dont have the time u have to sit and constantly post. Dont see that as a 'tuck tail and run'........because it isnt. Actually, earlier this am....u were here, and then left or went invisible when I came on, so maybe u are doing the tuck tail and run???
I have been to busy to be here all day, I didnt even eat one bite of food today before 3:25, as i was here, with kids and husband, and had other stuff to do.
