It is scary that some people actually like to black out. A lot of teenagers (and some adults) have died from playing the choking game (aka the "pass out" game). There is a certain high that you can get from it, but it's just not worth it.

It's just like any other fetish. Some things just turn certain people on. It also takes two to tango. Like being tied up, using whips and chains, or rubbing whipped cream all over someone.

There was a crazy movie a few years ago with James Spader, called "Crash", about these people who were turned on by car accidents. They would follow car accidents, and would get in accidents themselves on purpose. After that they would get horny, and would want to have sex with each other. It was crazy.
