Thank you Musiclover--So what we saw on TV and what really occured were two seperate things. Hmmmm...makes you wonder if this is how producers end up with the finalists they want--an edit here, a comment there, to sway public opinion--Nevermind we all hear the performance live--But the comments of the judges can give damage control to a weak performance. Reading through our threads, how many are on actual performance and how many are about poor Elliott, Ace is so cute, Katharine is blah, blah, blah. :confused:

Exactly! I'll bet bet my life that AI will not let a contestant win that isn't gonna make them some mad $$$$$. Votes or no votes. And I'll bet something else... If AI didn't play all the "poor me" contestant bios, if this were a radio contest, and looks played absolutely no role, the votes would be totally different. ;)

Couldn't see them--Hmmm...Elliott wouldn't have been in the bottom three, Mandisa would still be here, Bucky AND Ace would be gone. That is really something to think about. Pickler might have left after Soap Suds in a Bucket, the winner would have the best voice--what a concept! :eek:
