Hey, anyone notice that the guys are wearing tons of make-up? Ace looked like a blushing Kewpie Doll and, well, I know back in the 80's that rock stars wore make-up and painted their nails black and all, but even Chris (my personal fave) was all made-up with tons of foundation and eyeliner.
Aren't they supposed to be men? When did men start wearing make-up? The gals on the show wear enough make-up for all of 'em.

I just prefer my men makeup-free! With no nail polish. Can you imagine TAYLOR with makeup and nail polish????!!!!! :repuke: Or better yet, all of the girls WITHOUT makeup???!! I think they ALL looked better when they were in a more natural state during Hollywood week, before the competion started.

Being the owner of a large screen High Def television I will be forever grateful for the guys wearing makeup. Without it they would look like paleface ghouls.

Note to Cloie: Re-read my post and you will see that I did concede that "rockers" did wear make-up.

Oh, I know. I read that, What I was saying is that I think it is the only reason they went overboard.

Yeah, I think WAAAAAYYYYY overboard! Something about a man who wears foundation, powder, eyeliner, blush, and mascara really turns me off. I mean, that's more than I wear! :)

Yes, it was gross, and I hated it. My husband said he wanted to vomit!

But what is scarier, Steve Tyler or Mick Jagger WITHOUT make-up or Chris and Taylor WITH makeup? :D

Hmmmmmm, considering that Chris and Taylor are young, good-looking guys, then I'd have to say NO MAKEUP.

Were they trying to be the New York Dolls or what?
