Okay, I'll be the first to admit it, I was cringing as the "American Idol" theme song started in the beginning. I was expecting song brutality in the first degree. Then, as, one by one, the contestants sang the songs, I became more and more pulled into the show. TV Magic? No, I believe it was, oh my gosh, it was actual talent from the contestants! Well, at least some of them... I have to say, I voted (for the first time last night) for more than one contestant! I'd (also have to say for the first time) that I'm not sure who the bottom 3 will be. I know 2 that will be there, but three? Well, didn't Queen night surprise us all! Who woulda thunk it?

Everyone was okay...except Chris Daughtry.

He sounded like crap.

PARIS looked HOT...but her short natural hair looks better than long fake hair!

Those 2, BTW, I think will be Ace (He was weak, and the song was too big for him) and Paris (Just, as Simon said, weird... for lack of better words to describe it.) Who will # 3 be? Maybe Bucky, maybe Elliott... those are my worst 4. But Bucky and Elliott sang way better than Ace and Paris.

And, hey, anyone notice that all the guys are wearing way too much make-up? Ace looked like a blushing Kewpie Doll and, well, I know back in the 80's that rock stars wore make-up and painted their nails black and all, but I love Chris and it just killed me to see him in all that foundation and eyeliner, too.

"Involuntary Song Manslaughter" They really are not to blame for not being able to sing Queens' song list. They all should do no jail time, only probation.
