Haha, I'm even surprised myself at who I liked the best for queen night...BUT...my vote and kudos are going to be sent to KELLY.
Yes....Kelly Pickler.....the next rock diva.
^_^ Okay, okay.
I just have to say though...she did a better job this rock night, then country night last week!
She looked awesome....I liked the hair a lot....and it was surprisingly entertaining. She belted it out perfectly after the calm beginning, and she performed fluidly, without many pitch mistakes.
She totally rocked tonight.....
She and Taylor deserve a big clap on the back.

I agree Kellie did well...I thought she would murder BoRhap...but she looked good; sounded good...a little shaky moving around...but a surprise to me...and I’ll bet to Queen, in terms of how well she did.
I really thought Bucky did well…and I say (write?) that like I am surprised…and I am a little surprised, I suppose…
Taylor came back to the ‘five and dime store’ with his inspired performance…it was good to see him get back to his natural style…missed the mic on the first kick…that’s O.K… not his best vocal...but not nearly as bad as ‘Country Roads’.
Kat was good…Chris brought his standard delivery…Elliott did O.K….but I can’t figure him out…he’s got a great voice…nice personality…but he just ‘doesn’t do it for me dawg…”
In my opinion, Ace was bad….and Paris missed the mark with her song…it was a risky choice…she didn’t look at all comfortable…I don’t think she did well..
Paris or Ace go home in my opinion…

The three weakest performances tonight were definitely ACE, BUCKY, and PARIS.
I don't mind them being eliminated tomorrow, but Elliot really does need to step up his game if he wants to win.
He needs to connect you know, I agree with you on that.

Are you kidding me? KELLIE? I'm shocked at you.
I did not really have a favorite, until I replayed Kat's song. I was way too distracted throughout the entire show. But Kat's I'm sure is the only one worth replaying... well, I'll download Paris and Elliot because I didn't give them the attention they deserved, but I doubt I'll replay them more than twice.
Damn it, I wish I hadn't gotten distracted by a video camera. Kind of ruined the whole show for me.

Ace was just OK. If he goes home, it will really break my heart!

First off, I thought the show had the energy that has generally been lacking the last couple of weeks. Having to sing from Freddy Mercury's catalog was a huge challenge for the AI wannabees but they generally pulled it off.
Katherine won the night going away, she looked and sounded stunning. Perfect song choice and she sang it with emotion. Plus, that back lighting Barbara Striesand diva thing at the beginning of her song sure didn't cost her any votes. The effect was surreal.
Chris was his usual showman self, but I get tired of hearing him shout into the microphone all the time. Still, this remains a two horse race between him and Katherine. The chances of someone other than one of those two winning this year are "slim" and "none" and Slim just left town.
Kellie gets my props for being the most "balsy" of the night. She tackled an unbelievably difficult song and generally pulled it off. Loved the glam rock outfit. She's not going to win this contest but she should be around for another month or so.
Ace looked out of his element and generally butchered We Will Rock You. The problem with singing a sports anthem is it didn't give this year's AI boy-toy much of an opportunity to stare into the camera with that hilarious-but-supposed-to-be-sexy "Zoolander" looks of his. The "gay mafia" better keep cranking in the votes because Ace is definitely in trouble.
Being first up is never a good thing, so leading off did Bucky no favors. His countrified version of "Fat Bottom Girls" was just okay, but how much longer are voters going to keep around a guy who always sings like he as a mouthful of mush?
No matter how much you might like's Elliot's voice he is still the nerdy guy you'd never want to take along on a double date. What he lacks in looks and style he makes up for by having even LESS in the personality department. Wouldn't shock me to see him get voted off this week
I've been on the Taylor Hick's bandwagon since I first saw him audition but the return of the "spastic soulster" did nothing for me, nor did I care for his song choice. I'm starting to think he lacks the range and/or dynamics to be a serious challenger for the title. Didn't Simon referred to his performance Tuesday as bizzarre? I would agree.
Paris's vocal was powerful, and her costume makeover was the most impressive of the evening, but I get the feeling she is a child trapped in an adult competition. Besides, I don't think the voters are going to feel any guilt pangs about eventually dumping a 16 year old.
I'm guessing Wednesday's bottom three are Ace, Paris and Bucky and I am going to go out on a limb and say Paris get's the axe. But the show has been anything but predictable this year so who knows....

I aggree with most of what you said. I thought Ace looked very sexy! When I played back his performance it wasn't bad. It was Ace putting his personality into "We Will Rock You"! I am surprise he picked that song, thought he would have done a great job with "Your my best friend" He would have won the audience over on that song.
I though Buckies performance was ok.
Taylor should have done what Katherine did, stand by the microphone and sing! Looked like he was singing Queen and Dancing to Elvis!!!
I don't like Elliott's singing voice at all!! Don't know why he is still around!
Kellie did a great job, surprised us all! I think the naiveness is just a big act,
that is getting irratating,
Paris, yikes! Simon was right the whole thing was "Just Weird".
What was with the leg movements??? Looked like she was trying to stampout cockroaches on stage!
I thought Pickles was the second to the bottom of the whole night. She was off key during several phases and seemed to 'run out of breath' toward the end. Plus, with everything that was done to cut (or rather "gut") BoRap to get it within the time allotment completely eliminated any vestige of the personality of that song. But the "she's soooo hot" vote will keep her out of the bottom 3 this time. The fact that she still garnered compliments from the judges just proves she's one of The Anointed 3 for the contest.
Worst was Ace (by a LONG way). Off key in several points and he stopped singing and almost 'rapped' part of the song. Bad song choice for him big time. If anyone at AI is advising him on song choice they should be slapped severely. This may have 'booked his ticket home'.
Bucky, while not the best vocalist remaining, I think did well enough to be back next week. He'll likely be in the bottom three, but his rendition of "Fat Bottom Girls" was decent.

To each their own, but I doubt you'd find much of a consensus on your top three.
I think Dial Idol had Taylor first and Pickles second. Paris 3rd and Elliott 4th. Not sure how accurate it is since they have Chris in the bottom 3. So I'd take it with a grain of salt.

My Top 4 were Taylor, Bucky, Paris, and Kellie. That was the Taylor Hicks that I'd been missing the last couple of weeks. I thought Bucky did outstanding and Paris was awesome. I was really pleasantly surprised by Kellie's performance. I didn't think she'd pull it off, but she did.

Top 3 for me:
Elliot: This kid owns. He dropped the Ahmish looking beard and went for the goatee which is better, but still lacks the stage presence. But this guy is slowly turning the corner, while burning up the stage with his vocals. Good choice of song, excellent delivery.
Katharine: I admit I'm getting bored of the high-degree of difficulty but low on the excitement singing, but she has chops, and shows it consistently. I just want to see her really have fun one night- the way she did earlier in the competition. I'd rather her not go out Lisa Tucker style.
Paris: I'm gonna have to give the belaboured Paris 3rd and Bucky will have to settle for honorable mention. Paris entertained- she looked the part, walked in with strong vocals, and nailed a very tough Queen song. Kudos to Paris.

Elliot had the top performance because Elliot had the top vocals. I don't care if he messed up a little bit, this was his best performance. Elliot really stepped his game his game up. He blew Chris out the game and that never happens. Chris is my pick to win, but he needs to step it up some.

Taylor, Elliot, and Bucky were my favorite. Katherine blew it for me last night. Not her performance, but when she agreed with Cowell that she looked great. I've heard from different sources that she thinks a lot of herself and I just don't like that characteristic! Because of that I am no longer rooting for her.

Top 4 favs: Kellie, Bucky, Paris and Elliott (Elliott's best performance for me).
Bottom 3: Chris(screamed), Taylor just didn't get it and of course Ace (wrong song).

Last week Dial Idol hit the bottom 3 right on the nose. It also had Mandesa last and she got voted off. It'll be interesting tonight if they hit it again. As far as Chris being in the bottom 3, that could be a toss up between him and Katharine. They're scores are real close.

Just to clarify, and to be fair (I initially thought the same way as you did - until I replayed the video)...Simon said that Katharine owed the lighting producer thanks for 'making her look so good'...Katharine responded with 'I know I do...' she then glanced offstage (presumably in the direction of the lighting guys) and said 'Thanks guys...' at almost at the same time Simon followed with '...because you looked great...
So Katharine's 'I know I do...' was acknowledging the thanks she owed to the lighting people...not confirming that she looked great.

I'm so glad I have DVR replayable satellite.
If you weren't paying attention at first, you would have thought Kat was complimenting herself, because she started the statement akwardly, but she was complimenting the crew, and not herself.
Whew.....she's such a "ballsy" sometimes.

Ace was just OK. If he goes home, it will really break my heart!
Ace did a great job adding his artistic twist to "We Will Rock You"! The song never sounded so good! I is absolutely crazy that the judges compliment chris for putting his personality into each song, which I find completely boring, scream ing the songs so they ALL sound the same!
I hope Ace stays until the end!
Ace and Katherine should be the final two!

Cinnamocha...I can only agree with you on Kat on this one.^_^
I think Ace is a great guy, and I can see how the girls like him....but his singing isn't near as good as some of the others.
I'm rootin for Kat all the way!

Kat is still my FAVORITE, and nothings going to change that.
I just thought Kellie deserved some praise for doing a pretty good job.
AND I did download Kat's song....how wonderful it sure is.
I've played Think so many times.....
