There's a new musical, inspired by Clay Aiken, and American Idol. It's an original Off-Broadway show called Idol: The Musical. The story revolves around a group of outcasts that idolizes Clay.

Sounds like a hoot! I don't know, I think I'll pass.

Me either. I never really understood all the hype. But, they do have alot of people, who are really fanatical about him.

I didn't really care that year at all. There was Rueban on one hand. There was Clay on the other. Of course they didn't balance out...It took 10 Clay's to = Rueban! :D But you definately hear more of Clay than you do Rueban. Has Rueban ever done anything since he's been on Idol??? :confused:

He's actually done quite a bit. He's put out three CD's. The first one went platinum. Alot of people assume that he hasn't done much because they don't listen to that kind of music.

I liked Ruben but haven't heard any of his music. I like his personality, so I'm glad he is doing well.

I actually have to agree, so many recording artists would KILL to reach half the success of Ruben. Although he isn't as popular as Clay, he isn't really struggling musically or anything.

He just doesn't have the fan base that Clay has.
