Ok...so most everyone knows how pregnant people have some of the craziest dreams during their pregnancies. They also dream more during there pregnancy than any time. I had a crazy dream the other night...about Blake.
I was at Walmart, of all places. There was a dj section of walmart back at the car radios and speakers. I heard some crazy mixing and beatboxing that sounded like Blake and made my way back to see what all the fuss what about. I got back there and stood for a while in disbelief just watching in amazement. After he was done, he went over to a special little booth they had set up for him to talk with fans and sign autographs. I didn't want to look like a crazy loonie fan...and kept my distance just letting everyone else run over to him to bombard him with autographs. He looked over to me as the line thinned and had his management cut things short. Then he approached me and asked my name and where he knew me from? I said I wasn't sure...I knew him from AI. I told him how impressive his beatboxing was, and that I would love to learn how to do it. He said come on and I will teach you...
He took me over to the Wally world intercom and said go for it. I was like, "huh?" He said the best way to start beatboxing is under pressure. So he beatboxed with me over the walmart intercom and people were stopping to watch us. lol. Then he asked me to lunch with him. I told him sure. Then at lunch he asked me if I were single. I told him unfortunately, I am happily married. He said he would love to at least have a friendship with me and possibly invite me to do a few shows with him every now and then...maybe even to do some vocals on his album....
When I woke up....I felt like I had just met Blake Lewis. Like I had the time of my life. Butterflies in my stomach. Then as the day passed on, I was sort of disappointed not to be able to just call him up on the phone and meet up.
I know this probly sounds stupid that I would dream something up with this much detail....but this was sooooo real!:(
