I'm glad Blake's not going to win.
That song WOULD kill him.
It was such a horrible song.
And I'm glad he won't have to put it on his CD.
I'm glad he's not going to win, because he'll be able to do more of his own stuff (beat boxing included) than have to sing stupid songs like "This is my now" and other things that AI wants him to do.

I am happy that Blake won't have to sing that song...
I wanted him to make it this far and be done. MISSION WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED TONIGHT! Back to that song, I think it would sound better if he hooked it up to his gihga-zzz, gihga-ahh computer program....lol. Ok, so I can't beatbox...that's why I love Blake. I think if he could have made it a little more up tempo with some beatboxing here and there, it would have sounded much better! Maybe he could do something of that nature to give back to Idol? lol.
It's funny, I actually thought "This Is My Now" was closer to Blake's style than Jordin's. True, she's the better vocalist.
I just didn't like the song, period. Also, did anyone notice that the chorus of that song was identical to Kelly Clarkson's "Since U Been Gone?"

No, I didn't really pay that much attention. Surely out of all of the people who sent in they're songs, there had to be something better than that! What were they thinking? It was boring. THat song was much more of a Jordin song than Blake!
Yeah, the song was a snore. Now way it will become a hit (no matter who sings it). I haven't heard one person say they liked it.

actually there was a great song to be selected. Blake would have done AWESOME with it and Jordin could have done it justice too. I have no idea why it was not selected. But I kinda figured they would pick one of the humdrum ballads that talked about "I AM HERE NOW I AM A WINNER AND I CAN'T BELIEVE IT CUZ THIS SHINING MOMENT IS ALL I HAVE WAITED FOR MY WHOLE DANG LIFE". And all of the songs like that had the same horrid, repetitive ballad sound. Pity.
