U.S. Drug Enforcement Officials are investigating Paris Bennett, A.I. contestant, on allegations that she has been using Helium before performing on the wildly popular game show. Officials say that the ongoing investigation could possibly result in Ms. Bennett's being jettisoned from the show.

Then maybe they ought to investigate Paula although I like her but fair is fair, why did Ryan comment that he thought someone had a flask last night and the camera focused on Paula, did you see her angry face??? She was acting goofy again leaning on Simon's shoulder at one point and I thought slurred but that could come from medication.

I don't know about the whole Paris thing, but I'm glad someone else mentioned Paula being "off"! She seems perpetually drunk on many occassions this season. This is really the only season I have gotten to watch American Idol due to my work schedule. I am on medical leave for a while. Anyway, there have been a couple of times that I wonder what she's on! Even though Simon is a jerk, he does deserve the same respect as the other judges and also to not be interrupted when he gives his comments. Although some of his comments are just plain rude, I do feel bad for him when he gets booed all the time! I hope if Paula is having "troubles" she'll get her act together. There is a time a place for that kind of partying, which I'm no stranger to, but not on American Idol. Let's keep it for after the show Paula.

She is most likely "Sedated", as you said, because of the pain medication that she takes.
