Seriously, it was heartwarming hearing these women...and the men of the
choir saying how much fun they had working with Guy. They expressed such
admiration for him, it was truly beautiful. One woman said that, for her the
most outstanding thing about Guy was how he treats EVERYONE as equals.
She said they have never had so much fun working with any other artist.

No, I missed an autograph. Waited 45 minutes or more but was so tired, and gradually gave up my prime spot. There were 50 or more people waiting and it had been a huge day.

Isn't this a gorgeous one? Some fan gave him the T shirt and he was pretty pleased as he was feeling too hot, so he had something to change into. Colours just soooo suit him.

Just under 2 weeks to go for my next dose of Guydom. He's singing the Mother's Day gig at Hamilton Island - VERY swanky do and he'd be perfect for that. Wish my lot had thought of sending me on. :)

Confession time - that's me conducting the orchestra. Never done a concert quite so special for a long time - he's SO talented, the orchestra were all raving about him!

well done gavin! Yes, look out for the 2nd oboist, that's me! Guy has an amazing voice and we in the orchestra were so impressed by how he could keep singing without much of a break during the concert. Here's to Melbourne!

The choir screamed their dismay when the giant poster was being removed out front of the Opera House (they were having their photos taken with it, and the general call was "he's mine!!")

Amazing, totally. I loved those wonderful deep notes (I'd not forgotten his 4 octave range, but this was extra special)
