I personally think some jail time will do her some good. She thinks her money and fame can get her out of anything. Now maybe when she gets out she can be a little more appreciative of all of the nice things she has and stop being such a drunken party girl.

Too bad she couldn't pay her way out of it! I do think it's good to send the message that she's not above the law.

A few weeks ago AP wire said they would NO LONGER distribute any content about Paris unless it involved actual news. I guess this qualifies.

LoL, I never noticed her droopy eye, I imagine it gets droopyer when she is drunk too. Mel in diapers... hmmmm ... interesting.... Not if they are poopy though.

do you think she will be treated like the other prisoners? i don't. Her daddy will probably pay for a special jail suite for her with a hot tub and everything.

I think the other inmates are going to be brutal to her. Her only hope is that daddy gets her into a country club jail with white collar criminals like the one Martha Stewart went to. Then maybe she could live for 45 days without being beaten.

Hey, Alcatraz is an island.. no that isn't quite what daddy has in mind. Perhaps Aruba has a suitable jail for her? Something at least 23000 square feet and fully staffed, with a yacht and a heli-pad.

it really probably was her plan to make news again after they decided not to show her every single move. her ego wasn't getting inflated every day and she had to do something to make the news.

when i heard this news, I cant even describe how happy i was. Just beacuse her daddy is rich and shes an heiress that doesnt mean that she can keep on breaking the law. She already got one chance and she blew it. And now maybe jail will make her straighten up her act and to act like an adult!!!

This is a slap in the face to the millions of "little people" (as that other famous overprivileged felon b***h Leona Helmsley called them). The best thing that could happen is that this media-obsessed country finally gets fed up and stops paying attention to no-talent media hogs like this. It's revolting to watch the paparazzi drooling all over themselves trying to get a shot of this spoIled brat on her way in or out of jail. I like to follow the news, but this week I've had to keep the remote handy because every ten minutes somebody starts talking about Paris and her "ordeal." WHO CARES?

I felt very sorry for her. At first I thought it was a big laugh until I saw her crying in the back of the police car. My heart went out to her.

Well I changed my tune when I heard she was sent to a special ward where she had a private bathroom and a separate meal menu from the other inmates. I then thought what the flying monkeys is going on here?! Her parents could even jump the line-up for visiting hours. I heard people wait up to 5 hours in the line-up??!! The Hilton's just jumped the line. However, I read she is now back in the grungy scary part of prison. So she has to suck it up now for a little while. I hope she turns her life around after this horrible experience.
