Chris, Mandisa and Katharine will all do very well. They all have pipes and always give star quality performances.
Elliot will also do well. He's not a great looking guy (at least according to my wife), and he needs some coaching on the delivery aspect of his performances, but he's got pipes and he has good control over them.
Paris is another that can definitely sing. She's growing on me, but I'm just not totally sold on her yet. She's one that's good enough to be top 5, but I'm not sure how much further than that she'll get.
Taylor, one of my definite favorites, will do well enough to get by this week, because Lisa and Bucky are still around. But if he wants to stick around much longer, he is going to have to step it up a notch from his last week's performance. Actually, he needs to step it up a notch from his "Takin' it to the Streets" performance. That performance was right where it should have been when he performed it, but he seems to have slipped back a little since then.
Kellie will get by another week (again because Lisa and Bucky are still around). Whatever your take is on her dimwitty demeanor, she's still entertaining (not to mention, she's not exactly rough on the eyes). But she needs to give America reason to keep her there. She needs to perform and not just be cute (and Kelly... fire the makeup artist and wardrobe artist... put on some torn jeans, your hair up in a pony tail, and sing us something that makes us think "Shania").
Ace. This guy's in trouble. No doubt, he can sing better than me, but man, I'm getting tired of that boy-band feeling I get when I watch him. He needs to prove that he can be successful as a solo artist. I'm not even sure which genre his record would be. He needs to find his identity, fast.
Bucky, well, he probably won't be next to go, but he's just barely treading water. He has pretty much established his identity, but he's just not really a very good vocalist. Not to mention, his delivery seems a little forced and awkward (much like that of Kevin Covais). But I have noticed some improvement. My guess is, he'll be bottom three again, unless he delivers a mind-blower.
Lisa will be gone this week or next. There's no doubt she can sing, but I think she's just boring America to death. There's nothing special about her.
Look for praises from the judges to Mandisa, Chris, Elliot, and Katharine. Unless Taylor pulls out the ace from his sleeve, those will be your final four. Look for Bucky, Ace, and Lisa to be in the bottom three (Ace being safe).

how can you even guesstimate all this when you haven't even heard them sing this week? there could be complete turnarounds by everyone you mentioned and chris, katherine and mandisa could wind up in the bottom three!

Well, that's exactly what it is... a guesstimate. But like Simon Cowell said to Ryan after he called him out for publicly saying who he thinks the top finalists would be, "you just know which ones will be better."
The thread asked the question, "how do you think everyone will do on tuesday" and I gave my take on it. :)
