Here I am another step deeper into my American Idol addiction. I had never watched reality tv and swore I never would, but last year after a serious car wreck I found myself in the hospital and rehab hospital for five months.

My fourth hospital roommate watched the show religiously. After the first week of hearing the pitiful attempts at singing through her curtain, and Simon's hilarious acid retorts combined with Randy's dog this and dog that replies, and finally Paula's endless ramblings that kept both of us laughing--I was hopelessly hooked!

My family would come to visit me and I would make everyone leave that wouldn't watch the show. My wound nurse was a hopeless AI addict too and he would time his working on me to AI tv time.

I am now at home and last night my husband finally watched the show with me for the first time. He doesn't realize it but he is on his way to a two show a week addiction.

Too funny! Yeah... I felt the same way... it really grows on you?

BTW.. what kind of wound did you/do you have?

Recovering now. Had to relearn to walk, etc. Lots of fractures and internal injuries, lost sight in one eye--Still walk with a limp and am finally driving again (the world is again unsafe! )

So, who do you think is leaving tonight?

My wife had a problem with her foot for a while... with a wound. She had it for a few years.

I would of said Kevin or Lisa.
