Let Simon Speak!

Simon almost looked defeated last night on the show. If someone were to ask me whom I would want to meet most, it would be Simon Cowell. He has such an ear for music! Singing is very important to me, and if it really is important to those contestants, they will want the truth about how they sound from a professional. Some people can get caught up in how a performer looks, and not be totally unbiased about how they sound. I know in this idol competition looks also play a part in it, but they should have to at least be able to really sing. Randy Jackson is fairly rounded about his opinions, but gets a little caught up in the looks. In my opinion, Paula (who is a Star in her own right, she earned it) isn't an honest judge. While I think you can be honest with someone and be tactful, sometimes the truth is going to hurt. I don't know why a parent would let their child go to the Idol competitions thinking they are the next Idol when they really are terrible. It's much harder to take rejection further down the line. My words to Simon, though not worth much, are "Please be true to who you are and what you think. Speak up! I value your advice." Thanks!

simon is COMPLETELY AMAZING......i wish he would be more open....this is the nicest year he's had.....what happened......i miss the telling people they sound like crap when they DO......bring simon back to life....

I love Simon........he says what we all want to say and I love it!
But I dont not like the games the judges play..fighting...etc.

Frankly, I think Ryan should be held responsible for the blatantly biased comment-time and interruptions that the other two pointless judges abuse. He is supposed to be in control of the show- and his own personal bias against Simon is ruining any objectivity this show would hope to convey.

oh i thinck simons honest most of the time,and i love him for that American idol would not be as great with out hiim ,but i think he gets caght up in those blondes looks from time to time. he definetly has a thing for blondes. i love simons bluntness ,and how you know what hes really thinking you dont have to be a mind reader,and he knows his stuff. go simon i wish people stop dising honest blunt people like simon what do they want to hear a buch of lies? go simon

ya simon is a hottie, id have to say idol has a talent for having sexy good looking people contestents ,and judges. yes i love simons attitude. i would just like to hear more of the good things he has to say about Taylor! hes blunt that i love but anything that he says that does not complement Taylor ,i dont agree. lol :p :p :p
