Cummon! Save the Children isn't stupid, just lacking in a "senses of humor" as Borat would say. I have seen posed pictures that make it seem that babies, dogs and cats are wasted, because they are half asleep and someone stuck a Heineken bottle next to them. It is funny. Are these animals in fact intoxicated? Hopefully and most probably not. If Phil's kid was actually chuggin' back vino, do you really think he and his wife would broadcast that they are crap parents contributing to the delinquency and brain damage of their minor? No!
