Simon might seem a little harsh sometimes but when he tells someone they are going home, they usually do!!!!! I think simon is good!!!!!!

The thing is, if the show did not have Simon, the show would suck.
Paula is a completely worthless judge, if one can even call her a judge. She knows nothing about singing, which can be realized through purchasing any of her albums. I like the music, but the woman cannot sing.
Randy, although slightly more savvy about singing, is also rather worthless. His limited vocabulary of 'pitchy' and 'dawg' isn't helpful to anyone, the singers or home viewers. I really think either of them could be easily replaced.

excuse me, we are talking about simon here.... and this was a very interesting forum without you anyway... we have a delightful poster named andrea now who writes terrific poetry... and we remembered two smart posters called tyrone and lonnie.

Actually, I would like him to actually give the contestants constructive critisism. I would like Paula to do something other than cry and sputter incoherent phrases. They are supposed to help the contestents improve for the next week and they never do.

Simon is the best! I would still watch if he left but often, I just look foward to the judges. Randy is my favorite though.
