29 dead since the pet food was poisoning our pets.....why don't we here more about our Americans that are dying......Yes this is something that was discussed on The View what's more important a cat or a human.....

My dog is more important. I don't know what I'd do without him.
Did you know that in Canada, you can get private health care for your pet, but not for you? Pets get treated better than humans over there, as far as health care.

Many people like their pets more than people.

You don't get it! 29 American soldiers were killed and no press.....11 or 13 pets were killed and it takes over the news....Myself I say our "people" are more important and I have a cat and a dog......but if my son died I would be heart broken if my cat or dog died I would be sad...but the loss of ones child is much more important than that of a pet...makes me wonder how many of you have children.....perhaps if you did you would see the hypocrisy in this.....but then again I am talking to conservatives.....:rolleyes:

And it's staying in the news.....they could still make time for our soldiers that have been killed in this war that dubya started.....

Soldiers die every day. It's sad, but it's not news. Society has become caloused to that because the war has been going on for quite some time.

I'm not caloused to it, it breaks my heart every single time I hear of
one of them dying..
