Just tweak the show a little bit, not a lot. What would you do differently (if anything)?

I would seriously allow the judges to mark points for the contestants. Yeah, they need to make money from text messages and phone calls, but the solution is simple...
Judges points contribute 30% weightage and public weightage is 70%...
