Simon+Ryan secrest make the show funny.

During the last seasons Simon was just the harsh guy who probably saved his good comments to who he thought was the best out of the group. This season American Idol wouldn't be American Idol without him. Every auditon hes been at he made me laugh talking about how ugly someone is(like the incredible hulks wife). His sorry effort at trying to be nice (like when someone stunk and pualla&Randy said no and Simon said "O cuz I would have said yes). And his famous line this season " I don't mean to be rude but...
I liked it, now after the auditions I find it helarious when Simon and Ryan go at it But its all Ryan now like his with obsession with Simons Clothes. Like ( O well I would have worn a shirt under that sweater but everyone makes mistakes.) Thats what I think.

I like the remarks Simon makes as long as they are not about their weight...you must draw the line at really rude remarks....

Ryan can hold his own with Simon but he set himself up when he told Simon he had a dream about him -- kinda walked into that one. Does anyone know why Simon never wears a collared shirt?

Simon is an interesting judge!!! he always gives different kinds of comments. he can be mean and harsh sometimes .....but what he says is true most of the time !!!!

Simon does tell the truth most of the time, which is sad. People just can't handle the truth. I think him and Ryan are a definite comedy act. (Though... I didn't need to know the bit about Ryan having a dream about Simon. That just seems... wrong. o.O; )

Last night Randy and Simon were the only grown up judges on the panel.Their remarks made sence but Paula can't seem to find the correct words to say. She always uses the words of Randy over again. Lack of a brain one might say!

Well... Paula tells the contestants what they want to hear, not what they should hear. Simon and Randy tell the truth, but in different ways. When Paula tries to copy Randy, it comes out messed up and completely a lie. She can't judge for herself, she bases it off of other people. Lacking a brain, indeed.

Truth be told, I hated Ryan Seacrest until he appeared on "Mind of Mencia" to poke fun of himself and all of the gay rumors. He's earned some respect in my book- especially for a guy with zero discernable talent who can ramp his 15 minutes past 15 years ala Dick Clark style.

Simon Cowell makes American Idol worth watching. If it were nothing but Randy's pathetic attempts at "cool sound-bytes" and Paula's incessant cheerleading, I'd rather watch cats play with balls of yarn for 2 hours and hear these two idiot judges make comments on that.

Paula Mittens, you are such a performer. I wait every night to see you play with yarn. You have a wonderful gift and your yarn-play warms my heart. I could never say anything bad about you- even the hairball you coughed up was adorable! This competition needs you very, very much!

And that's how bad the show would be without Simon.

i thinck they all work good together ,but i agree without simon,oh man there wound nt be much to talk.thank you simon, he always says what the rest of us ussally are thincking. my husband likes him so much he wanted to email him but never did find an email for him. simon rocks!
