Yeah, that's pretty much what I want. Especially, the pay less taxes part.

That won't happen once the impact of that Prescription Drug Benefit plan kicks in. That will start to suck our economy dry once the baby boomers start retiring and they start taking all the Viagra and what not. We can thank our 'conservative' president for that program.............

Nationalized healthcare and higher taxes will suck us dry faster than the drug program. Everyone and his brother will go to the doctor everytime they have a sniffle and I will be paying for them. UGH...

Poll: Bush Ratings Hit New Low
NEW YORK, Oct. 6, 2005
________________________________________
(CBS) This CBS News Poll finds an American public increasingly pessimistic about the economy, the war in Iraq, the overall direction of the country, and the president. Americans' outlook for the economy is the worst it has been in four years. Most expect the price of gas to rise even further in the next few months.
A growing number of Americans want U.S. troops to leave Iraq as soon as possible, rather than stay the course, and the highest percentage ever thinks the United States should have stayed out of Iraq. When given a set of options for paying for rebuilding the hurricane-racked Gulf Coast, only one — taking money from the Iraq War — gets majority support.
President Bush's overall job approval rating has reached the lowest ever measured in this poll, and evaluations of his handling of Iraq, the economy and even his signature issue, terrorism, are also at all-time lows. More Americans than at any time since he took office think he does not share their priorities.
The public's concerns affect their view of the state of the country. Sixty-nine percent of Americans say things in the United States are pretty seriously off on the wrong track — the highest number since CBS News started asking the question in 1983. Today, just 26 percent say things are going in the right direction.

Uh, that story was from 05. What was its purpose?
Many of us Republicans aren't too happy with the president right now either. The whole criminal alien thing infuriates me. :(
But in the big picture I think it's a great time to be an American. In these last days we have SO many opportunities to get people to church/saved, witnessed to etc...

This does not surprise me at all due to the fact that Bush made several critical mistakes during his administration....I am proud to be a liberal I would Never want to see our country in this situation again I predict he will leave office with the lowest approval rating ever and he knows this...perhaps he will spend the rest of his days at home in Crawford...:D

allah is the god of islam.
God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit is the God of Christianity.
God is the God of the Jews.
allah commands muslimes to kill infidels (Christians/Jews).:(
Jesus Christ doesn't command we kill anyone.
Neither does God.

Actually, Allah doesn't exist. He never did. He's a false god. Satan is the one who commands people to kill infidels, and to worship things other than Jesus Christ. Because he knows it will land them in hell.

I think O's # is 'closer' to the truth, but the approval ratings I have heard are around 35%.
But trusting CBS to be non partial is a bit foolish at this point.
I like the President, I respect him for his moral values. He has had more issues fall upon him than any president I can think of ...and overall he has done an honorable job.

My OP was from February. W's ratings have been all over the place. He doesn't watch/care/consider/or even have an opinion about them.
He is waging the war on terror because he loves this country so much he will do anything to protect her--even sacrifice himself.

Well, I've always went by what other people say and do. So, if the majority disapproves, then that's what I'm going with. Just like with Islam being one of the fastest growing religions, I think I need to jump on that bandwagon, because it makes me feel good about myself, knowing that I'm part of the "in-crowd".

Who are the hirsutes?
sandy
10-15-2007, 06:49 PM
Those are the liberal women. ;)
Hirsutism (from Latin hirsutus = shaggy, hairy) is defined as excessive and increased hair growth in women in locations where the occurrence of terminal hair normally is minimal or absent. It refers to a male pattern of body hair (androgenic hair) and it is therefore primarily of cosmetic and psychological concern. Hirsutism is a symptom rather than a disease and may be a sign of a more serious medical indication, especially if it develops well after puberty.

The freakiest, hairyest, most hirsute women in the world are liberals and there are plenty of them in the weird areas of CA. I think the others are in Russia. And Syberia. ;)
