We all know that Jerry Jones is the head coach with Wade Phillips named as head coach it is just the way Jerry likes to run the Cowboys......

He's really good defensively, they have Jason Garrett for OC, I"m willing to give him a chance. In the NFL at some point the talent has to perform, with the level of talent on that team, a monkey should be able to coach them, we'll see.

As long as TO is on the team I don't know........

I don't think you guys will go very far with him. I do think he's a better choice than Norv Turner, who IMO, is a great offensive coordinator, but is too weak to be a head coach.
