I am guessing that people will be on the same page with this, but I have been wrong before. Who is your favorite American Idol Judge? To give my brief summary of judges:
1) Simon - Often tells it like it is, although it seems like he has gotten softer in the last few years. Perhaps some of the negative vibes aimed towards him have worn him down. He needs to remain true to his negative self.
2) Paula - Always fighting for the artist no matter how bad they are. Finds it nearly impossible to say a bad word about anyone. Even her harshest criticism can sometimes be mistaken as a compliment.
3) Randy - Pschizophrenic. Hard to get a read on this guy. Sometimes he is overly sweet like Paula and sometimes he can be meaner than the worst Simon. Unfortunately there is no rhyme, reason or consistency with his preferences. Really impossible to guess what he will do.
4) Guest Judges - Almost to a person too nice. They are only there for a short period of time, most often are artists, and just have a hard time being honest with contestants.
