I'll tell you after last nights game I am TOTALLY sold on that maxim. Being that on any given Sunday, any team in the NFL can beat any other team. Goes for college as well really. Not just last night convinces me of this. Did anyone see any of the Colts/Titans game a coulple of weeks ago. The Titans just about beat the Colts 14-13, but the Colts like the Bears last night, squeaked it out in the end.

Also on a local level being that I'm in Arkansas, the Hogs (Ark. mascot) were predicted to get beat pretty bad by #2 Auburn the week before. I among others thought that the Hogs were a pretty mediocre team at best and would get beat by Auburn probably 35-14 or some such type score. Well it was the exact opposite. The hogs won I think it was 27-10 or something like that, getting them ranked, and gaining them much respect that they previously had none at all, by most, including most Arkansans.

What does this mean, well not much other than, more discouragement from gambling for the games are truely un-predictable. And also, if you're in doubt about your team about any particular game and/or situation, don't be, 'cause "On any given Sunday........" (or Saturday)
