I forgot to look at the schedule but do the Bears play tonight or was this their by-week?

Yeah, they play tonight against the Cardinals. They're going to really welcome Matt Leinert to the NFL. He started for the first time last week, but that was nothing like what he'll face tonight. I predict pain, pain, and more pain for Mr. Leinert.

They have such a light schedule. That game sounds like it may get boring real quick, I see da bears breaking out quick. I hope its watchable.

Well, it's been a few years since they've been on Monday night, because they've been so horrible over the years. Now that they're good again, they get to play Monday night.

That's all changed up a little though since ESPN has taken over the games. I'm not sure how it affected their picks of the lineups though. On paper this time last year Bears v. Arizona doesn't sound very interesting. It is a little more now since da bears are doing so good. Maybe we should start a special Monday N Footbal thread.

I didn't really like the way ABC did it because they would have the same teams over and over. Some of them would be on the schedule for like 3 weeks out of the season. It seemed like the Packers had it the most. As much as I hate the Packers, that really got on my nerves. I think one year it backfired on them because they scheduled the Falcons like three different times, and that was when Michael Vick was out for the season.

Yeah they used to schedule the Cowgirls sometimes as much as 3 times a year, they only do it once this year. Yeah I'm glad ESPN has it now for sure, plus they start the pre-game stuff realllllllll early and I dig that, I'll sometimes start watching it at about 5, earlier if I'm around a TV. I think they start their pre-game stuff at about 3. Then it kicks in harder at about 5 or 6.

Yeah I am soooo sick of the Packers! I live in Packer Country Jonathon likes to call them the Slackers because they call the Vikings The Viqueens....

I couldn't stand that. There's no way I could live in Packer country. That would be almost as bad me being a Cub fan and living in St. Louis. I can root for the Cowboys because they're not in our division. It wasn't that bad until Brett Favre came along, after that you had a bunch of people jumping on the bandwagon. There's a few nick names us Bear fans have for the Packers, but I don't think you'd want Jonathon using those.
