Baseball Championship Series

So anybody been watching the championship series? I'm a very moderate baseball fan, don't watch much during the season. Just doesn't compare to football to me. I do watch a lot of October, but that's about it. The Cards/Mets game last night is a good example of why I don't watch much, to me those pitcher duels are just boring. I'm hoping the Cards win, but I'm thinking the general consensus is that the Mets will. Does anybody care?????????????????

I'm pulling for Tigers all the way, although I also like the A's. I'm just happy that the Yankees and White Sox aren't in the mix. I hate the Cardinals, so I'm pulling for the Mets. It's supposed to snow tonight in Detroit, so that should be interesting.

They moved the game up to 3:30 central time today cause of the weather. Yeah I kinda like the Tigers, not sure why, probably their logo.

My husband loved the Yankees but oh well. I am pulling for the Mets. We watched baseball a lot in my home. My father in law played in the minors and my husband was being scouted before he went to Vietnam right out of High School. He played all state in California I am amazed that those guys can hit a little white ball coming at them at more than 90 miles per hour with a little wooden bat. That is hard work. It is not easy. My son has the same talent. When he was 7 he could hit the ball coming out of the pitching machine but the other little boys could not. So the coaches started coach pitch instead. That was in Cal Ripken.

Yeah it is......but people want to see him play. So they pay all pro athletes get paid alot except for maybe Hockey......That I am not sure about.

I would never share my husband with another nor would I share myself with another.......I am not married rioght now but in my heart I still feel married. We talked about this in Bible Study last week I am married to a man that is deceased. I Am not the only one another woman is and she is the same only since 1997.........I guess sometimes it's hard to move on....However she is encouraging me to because she said she is 87 and I am still a youngster.:)

From my experience with it, I messed with it for about a month, its about 99% guys 1% women, and the girls on there are usually not very desirable to be as polite about it as possible. Most of the gals seem to be very very over weight, not that theres anything wrong with that, but its just not for me. Others were down right scams, where there was obviously some site worker on the other end, emailing fake photos of hot girls, with auto answering systems. "Hey, nice profile, I would be interested in hearing more about you." Just enough to keep the men suckers interested and continuing to subscribe to the sites, it took me about 2 days to figure it out. It was mainly out of curiosity anyway.
