That was one of the worst days in my life. A close second to when they blew the '84 League Championship Series to the Padres.

Hey speaking of the Padres...

You see in Chicago you throw the opposing teams homerun's baseball's back onto the field. I know this and I've never even been to Chicago. I think he just wanted some history and he wasn't thinking......

It was a foul ball, not a homerun. He had no business interfering. They should've thrown him back on the field

I'll give you more.

girls are stupid
thats what I say
unless they're quite
they can not stay

put on your dress
and make-up too

I have the brains
you should know

Ahhhhhh.. is that how your husband treats you? Poor girl.

I should have my wife come on here and tell you how wonderful she and all her friends think I am and how I treat her like a queen (spoiled brat at times might be more closer to the truth - but they're all worth it) and my 2 girls like the princesses they are.

Of course then you'd just tell me I was lying and it was actually me typing it.. so I won't waste my time.

I just feel sorry for you honestly.

Maybe it's just jealousy on your part.

On the flip side.. I just love the commentary here from a couple of people that obviously don't have a clue of what they're talking about.. but still feel the need to interject anyway.

'Who is that?'
'What is that?'
'Can someone just tell me what's going on here?'

I don't like to sweat the small stuff. Frankly this is small stuff when you have been thru all that my family has been thru in the past year and a half. My husband used to tell me that. God rest his soul! His 2 favorite phrases were "Don't Sweat The Small Stuff" and "Let Go Let God". Needless to say I was a mess when we met and I have to remember the things that he taught me about life. I think my husband made me a better person. I just have to keep that in my mind and my heart. My son is always a good reminder!!

You don't know a rat's a** about baseball K4E.
I can tell you anything you want to know.

Actually if there is one subject that I know about as well as any... and probably more (which is a sad statement to make honestly) it's baseball.

I've studied it since I first moved to Kansas City in 1972 and fell in love with the Royals.

I played it throughout high school and college and was being scouted by the Royals as a left handed starting pitcher until I blew my shoulder out.

If I didn't take my life in another direction I can't imagine wanting to do anything other than being involved in baseball.

I coach a team during the summer and generally get involved in youth sports whenever I can.

I VERY seriously doubt that you want to get into any sort of debate with me about baseball... and especially about the history of the sport.

I could throw questions at you that would probably take you hours to look up your answers on the internet.

Of course most baseball arguements (not talking about facts and numbers) are subjective.

Which team do you like, who's the best player, which is the best team... on and on.

But the facts and the history of the game are such as they are.

To me it's by FAR the best game played.

Baseball ios my favorite sport to watch. My husband was being scouted by the Indians when he was called to go to Vietnam. He played center field and the man could hit the ball my son used to say daddy go wack the ball. I love how he said wack because that's what he did. He could run fast too.

Actually, they don't give out trophies for bingo. They usually give out cash. You can win some good money. You can also lose alot. My ol' lady used to play all the time. She'd win some, she'd lose more.
