Seeing that it's an internet radio station, and they only play idol songs, whats the point of rating the top twelve? And also, any top twelve that would have no talent hack Justin Guarini on it is just Make believe.

Justin Guarini indeed

Unless you've heard the song, don't judge it. Justin isn't nearly as bad as he was made out to be. This is coming from a guy who had the "Justin sucked" pre-conceived notions before his new jazz CD. The Top 12 is based on actual listener ratings and requests of songs that are oficially singles. There are more than 30 songs currently eligible, so a Top 12 does make sense. By the way, online radio is growing very fast -- just do your research. In March, we logged more than 12,000 listening hours ... so, don't make those comments about online radio until you know what you're talking about.

Justin is not as bad as they thought but he is not that good either!
He won second place and that's where he belonged!

No one said he was the best singer in the world, but I think he's better than RCA made him out to be. I actually thought he was just the third-best singer on Season 1 -- behind Kelly and Tamyra.

And don't forget what a great actor he is. Did you see Justin and Kelly? LOL

"You can hear almost 50 past Idol contestants 24 hours a day, 7 Days a week.............."

The prospect of listening 24/7 is so frightening it almost borders on torture.........................sort of like having to wear this........

Here's what you do to show just how popular your little radio station is....

Divide 12,000 by the number of people in the USA....

240,000,000 what kind of percentage do you come up with?

Well, then ALL radio stations fail miserably if you use that theory.

Dude, what is your problem?? Are you always angry all the time? Get a life. I see why you were banned from the other American Idol message boards. You just go around attacking people though you don't even know them. You should be banned from here too.

OK, quite FRANKLY, I'm not impressed with your formula. If you were smart enough, you'd narrow that figure down to people who have the Internet and are American Idol fans. It's much less than 240 million. Get back to me when you know what you're talking about.

By the way, if you hate all of the AI singers so much, why are you even on the message boards?

Because, Loving' all the Idols is not a requirement to be a part of this board. I have as much entitlement to bash American Idol as you have being a sycophant of the show. And yes I'm a very angry man. But as far as attacking you and being banned from this board, I've done nothing to you to warrant expulsion. So if your boat is kept afloat by listening to Jasmine Trias on Idol-Waves.....Go nuts and enjoy yourself.

Well... I can be a pretty good judge of the 12,000 and I don't think it's fair to compare Internet radio to local radio... it's apples to oranges.

Is it 12,000 per show??? per day??? per week??? per month??? all time???

In March -- that's been our highest month. It was one of the highest totals on Live 365 for that month.

We're still a young station. Though we started in October, we really caught on in late December. We get an average of 5-10 listeners each day that add us to their favorites list.

I agree. This is online radio. It's not like we're going to get hundreds of listeners at once ... I don't know why this guy had to put down the station. Our target audience is specific -- those who spend much time on the Internet and those who like American Idol. We're not trying to reach all 240 million people in the United States. I thought the guy was out of line with his comment. It looks like he's been banned from other forums and has just come on here and started picking and complaining.

Well, I'm glad you're being honest about your anger. It seemed as though you were attacking me and my project, not the Idols.

OK, look, if you were offended by my comments about your little web radio station, I apologize. It's not the station I am critiquing, it's the supposed singers on it. Very few of the alleged "Artists" on Idol Wave are
good singers. If it were not for the extensive sound board mixing done for most of them, they would sound like drunks in any corner bar on karaoke Saturday night.

So, you've actually tuned into Idol Waves .. hmm .. I'm shocked. Anyway, I'm done talking with you. God bless!
