So I'm sitting here watching the Lakers they're down by 3 right now.
It didn't seem like they would make the playoffs but here they are and *should* close out tonight.
Go Kobe!

Doh!
It's a shame we won't get to watch Lakers/Clippers in round 2, but alas it is not to be.
The Lakers looked abysmal yesterday. In order to win that game we needed 50+ from Kobe, who took only 2 shots in the 2nd half. We got minimal help from the supporting cast, with Kwame Brown missing point blank layups and Parker missing every conceviable open look he had.
They didn't even run their offense half the time they had the ball. Laker jerseys looked more like they were suspended on clothes hangers than players. It was a horrible way to end their season.
Oh well, I've always preferred the Clippers anyway. ;)

I felt vey much the same way. Watching the game was sad and I was so excited just to see a good game. Most of the time I don't care if they lose if the game is good... this one was far from that. :mecry:
