I couldn't take it. The first round of songs were just BAD. What were they all thinking? There just isn't any "goosebumps" performers this year. This years competition has been more like a parody of past years. A group of average singers, singing below average songs. It's become more of a knockoff of Star Search than Idol. Anyway, I didn't hear any of the Second songs. And from the reaction on this board I didn't miss much.
Maybe Idol would be better if they had Spokesmodels?

I'm glad I'm not the only one in America that feels this way. I see the insult dog is back, you weren't afraid I was about to steal your montra were you?????? I still think Triumph suits me better. Your nicer than I am. ha ha

The show this week was a mass demonstration in mediocrity. True, the second songs were better than the first. But the show was conducted like everyone involved in the production was double parked or had just been given a colonic. The judges were off in la-la land as not one of them seemed to give one iota of constructive criticism ("screech and boring" or "you look fabulous" don't really help much IMO). What a waste of an hour of airtime.
So who should go home? How about the producers of this stinker?
